Why Wellness Clinics?
WSF Wellness Clinics are designed to connect athletes with our providers to gain a deeper understanding of WSF services and how they can be utilized. Our goal is to provide athletes the opportunity to invest in themselves and their futures. Attending a Wellness Clinic offers face-to-face interaction with each of our providers and a deep dive into the services WSF offers to support your goals as a Western athlete.
1.0 Total Wellness Clinics
Our 1.0 Wellness Clinic introduces rodeo athletes to all the services that WSF provides. Over three days, you will meet and work with our team of providers for each of the services we cover. The day consists of classroom presentations and discussions, workouts and modality sessions designed for rodeo athletes, and so much more. We guarantee you will leave feeling excited, empowered, and ready to take that next step to reach your goals both in and out of the arena.

Don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera? Our new 2.0 Life Skills Clinic is for you. This two-day clinic is designed to take you to the next level in your rodeo career. You will have one-on-one time with our Life Skills, Financial Wellness, and Career Planning providers that will leave you miles ahead of your competition.

2.0 Physical Wellness Clinics
Are you looking for guidance on how to better fuel your body while on the road? Not sure how to best rehab your body following an injury? Looking for specific workouts you can do from anywhere? This two-day clinic is for you. This 2.0 clinic will give you tips for grocery shopping on a budget, how to build and cook a balanced plate on the road, how to best rehab your body from injury, and how to best avoid injuries. You will have one-on-one time with our Dietician, Physical Therapist, and Athletic Trainer providers that will help you reach the next level in your career.
